Project Commission Info

Whether it would be a particular object, an interior, a renovation, reconstruction or new build, we are happy to start a conversation with you. Our work method is scalable and adaptive to your needs and the project situation.

We feel that a new time has come for how to treat projects: we don´t want to conduct short term, short thinking projects that are forgotten after they came to life, or float in the world without having a solution for their end-of-life-phase.

Easy out:

I just want some quick thoughts regarding something comparable I just saw on your website

Here the details

Thus, we would be even more glad if you are as enthousiastic about the following points as we are regarding a possible project:

We strongly emphasise circularity whereever it is applicable:

► we solve as much issues as possible with circular materials (reuse, repurpose, biodegradable)

► we produce and organise with a focus on a small environmental impact: produce and build locally, with partners that themselves emphasise on low impact production methods

► we strive for design solutions with a focus on their entire life cycle: how an object or interior is used, changed and treated after the end of its purpose

We are radical, playful and co-creative:

► we look at a project from an angle of a most conseqent effect, and there might be a little bit of pain involved

► we work experimental, we keep possibilies open. We define frames and goals, but within these frames there is freedom and room for testing

► we work – if you want – co-creational with you: our method of working is made to let you dock on and actively involve you in every step of the process

Our work method:

Briefing phase:

► issue stating

► data gathering

► stakeholder activation

Wish production phase:

► creative sessions with scalable groups of all involved stakeholders
sub-sessions with external experts and realisators

►intertwined digital and analogue toolset such as hands-on group workshops, digital whiteboard, shared 3d modelling and AR implementation

Design phase:

► researching and developing design solutions that match the briefing and the brainstorming results, adjusting them towards the given circular possibilities

► design loops with all involved stakeholders: digital and/ or analogue prototyping and tryout-implementation, result recap

► sub-loops with external experts and realisators

Implementation phase:

► managing and/ or conducting production:
-----► creating technical or planning drawings
-----► communication with producers
-----► management of production, transport and site specific implementation

► construction managament on site:
-----► craft/ trade management
-----► interfacing with civil engeneers, architects and other experts
-----► controlling realisations
-----► interfacing with all stakeholders

Long term accompaniment

► keeping the project in the loop

► adjusting it for changes

► stay responsable for conducting circularity: reuse or repurpose of parts or materials from the project after the end of their life span
